Grand Design Recreational Vehicle Company continues to attract accomplished personnel to enhance its well-known culture, company values and code of ethics. One most recent hire includes a new Vice President of Human Resources (HR), Mary Minix.

Minix joins the team with an abundance of HR experience within the Customer Service sector. She not only recognizes the vital function human resources plays in building connections and enforcing principles within a company but also personally connects to the Grand Design culture and community. Living in Shipshewana, she appreciates the lifestyle, values and needs of many members within our strong skilled workforce.
