Merchandise Store Questions
St. Andrews Products manages the Grand Design Merchandise Store (GDRV SWAG) and holds the master brand license for Grand Design and its associated trademarks.
For questions related to purchases made from the store (store.granddesignrv.com) please do not call Grand Design Customer Support. Rather contact St. Andrews Products.
All orders are shipped via regular service USPS, UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping costs will be added to all orders.
International shipments are available. Please contact customer service for a rate quote.
In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours.
All prices are U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. All other states and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Stock items may be returned within 14 days, if you are not completely satisfied. However, personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Products and colors may be different than how they appear on this website. Shortage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
