Where are you currently based (or traveling through)?
We just got back to the cabin for a couple of weeks before picking up the Lineage Series F 😊

When did you start RVing?
December 2017

Our Grand Design Story

Which Grand Design model do you own?
We currently own a Momentum 410 (previously a Momentum 397).

Why did you choose Grand Design?
We chose our Momentum after a year of research. Our research found that Grand Design RV had the best customer service. We also liked the design, fit, and finishes better than the other brands we looked at.

What's your favorite feature in your RV?
Our 410TH has the largest bathroom we’ve ever seen in a toy hauler!

What does being a Grand Design ambassador mean to you?
We were ambassadors for Grand Design before we were official “ambassadors,” for the same reasons we chose GDRV: the customer service. We had a couple of issues starting out in 2017, way before we had a YouTube channel, and were taken care of by customer service. We’re proud to be ambassadors for such a customer-focused company.

Lifestyle & Travel

Favorite destination you've traveled to with your RV so far?
It’s so hard to pick just one! We both agree that Glacier National Park is at the top of our list.

What's one must-have item you never hit the road without?
MORryde Independent Suspension on the high end, TPMS and Garmin RV GPS on the low end.

What's a typical day in RV life look like for you?
We are pretty boring and work a lot. So… coffee, then head to our office (the toy hauler garage). We take a break or two to get outside for a walk with our furbaby Daisy. Our favorite days are the ones where we get out and explore new things at our locations.

Tips & Advice

Best piece of advice for someone considering full-time RVing or buying their first rig?
If you are looking at a towable RV, make sure you know your vehicle’s weight ratings and towing capacity. Also, do your research online and in person. Walk into as many different RVs as you can before making a purchase. You don’t know what you don’t know.

Any favorite RV hacks or space-saving tricks you love?
We love our MORryde slide trays in the basement for easy access. We also put a door on the garage loft and call it the “attic” to store blankets, pillows, and other light items.

Wrapping Up

How has RV life changed the way you live or connect with others?
It’s broadened our circle of friends for sure. We also find places to camp with or near friends and family, allowing us more time to spend with our loved ones.

Anything else you'd like to share with the Grand Design community?
Take your time. Accidents happen when you’re in a hurry. Use a checklist for travel days.
